Join our team as a Seasonal Client Support Associate and be the friendly face for all those who visit our offices, ensuring exceptional client experiences and providing essential support. In this role, you will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times. What you need:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot
  • Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role
